Charles holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from Sherbrooke University, Quebec. He specializes in Business Analysis, Information & Network Architecture, and ERP/CRM systems.

Heydarali is a Professional Engineer and holds a PhD in Engineering from University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. He has over 30 years of experience with Data Analysis, Simulation, Predictive Modeling, and Statistical Analysis. He loves working on projects where heavy amounts of business intelligence and analysis is required.
