Resource Competency Assessment System
Challenge
The HR department at PepsiCo needed a system to track employee’s competency levels and their progress each year. They needed a performance tracking system for employees and their managers to access and update on a regular basis.
Solution
Paltech Solutions worked closely with PepsiCo and developed a wizard type application that walks the employee through the tracking process step-by-step. The application has a friendly graphical user interface that verifies entered data and notifies user when the information is invalid. There is also the functionality to generate summary reports.
Company Database and Information System with Mobile Application Integration
Challenge
ERA was in need to of a new system to manage, access, and maintain tree related information. Their tree data collection and management system was inefficient and inaccurate.
Solution
Paltech Solutions worked with ERA and developed a company wide Information System that is used for Inventory Management, Client Relationship Management, and Executive Decision Support. Furthermore, mobile application was developed for infield workers to access and update data remotely using smartphones

Kroger needed assistance with its strategic planning database that would be shared between various divisions. Apart from having well structured data tables, Kroger needed to implement Allocation, Capital, and Project summary reports.

Paltech Solutions developed a complete database system that allows Attain to record, track and graph patient’s progress. Our system facilitates the daily tasks performed by Attain employees. Our system also has the ability to generate and print OCR compatible forms, and it integrates effectively with the company’s business flow.

Due to its constant growth, Dancing for Dessert needed a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. The studio’s student management processes were inefficient and repetitive. They required a fully centralized solution that would solve all their management needs.

Tabulated Report Generator Application
Challenge
PAC-COMM contacted Paltech Solutions for a challenging task of creating over 500 tabulated reports for publication purposes from a set of raw data.
Solution
Before jumping on the task, Paltech Solutions analyzed the problem and discovered that this task needed to be repeated on a yearly basis. Paltech Solutions then suggested implementing an automated system to generate the reports that could be reused every year. The solution would save the company more money in the long run. PAC-COMM chose the automated solution and plans to use the system yearly.
